2007 Results
Attached are results for the 2007 Lasse Viren 20K & 5K. The 5K was about a quarter of a mile long so dont feel bad if your time was a little slower than expected. Plus it was on trail with little hills so another reason time is ambiguous on trail runs.
The 20K was exact according to our Garmin 305 GPS.
